Bholanath had lot of expectations from his son Ram. In spite of his efforts,
Ram could not get a job. He was in love with Geeta and she too loved Ram and
understood his predicament. Ram leaves the house and goes to Bombay to find a
job. He returns disappointed to his hometown and he starts working in the same
mill where his father used to work as an ordinary laborer. He soon wins
everyoneÕs heart and becomes the leader of the union. This leads to lot of
conflicts between the management and the workers. Ram soon solves the conflicts
and becomes a hero in their eyes.
