Sonu (Sanjay Dutt) & Monu (Govinda) are the spoilt brats & sons of Kanjoos
(Miser) millionaire Seth Amirchand (Kader Khan), who is so strict that it
becomes impossible for his sons to enjoy life their way. Sonu & Monu decide to
rob their own father, but as luck would have it they are caught red handed. In
order to teach them a lesson, Seth Amirchand emotionally blackmails them, and
separates them. Sonu is sent off to Goa to recover dues from a client, where he
meets Pooja (Pooja Batra), and falls in love with her. Meanwhile Monu who is
forced to attend the office daily, meets Ritu (Karishma Kapoor), who stays in a
college hostel, and falls in love with her.
