"Hasino Ko Aate Hain Kya Kya Bahane" is a 'girls-vs-boys' wedding song with a
difference. Anand-Milind Have infused the number with rhythmic samples (a la
A.R.Rahman), that transform an otherwise run-of-the-mill song into something
kinda funky! Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik seem to have a blast singing the
outrageous number. Unfortunately, the weight of the entire album rests on this
one song, but there is some support in the form of Poornima's "Gazab Seeti Mare"
which is bound to be a crowd pleaser. Kumar Sanu and Alka Yagnik's "Mujhe Paisa
Mila" is the only other noteworthy number on th album for it's catchy melody.
The rest of the album consists of wasted talent like Suresh Wadkar, Abhijeet and
Sadhana Sargam, singing standard Anand-Milind banalities. However, with a star
cast consisting of Akshay Kumar, Karishma Kapoor and Naseerudin Shah, and the
brilliant "Hasino Ko Aate Hain" number, this album will probably sell like
crazy!
